Thanks Denny. I think the Carrera C7R is my favourite (right now....it changes over time!)

Corvettes in Action - I know we have quite a few serious Corvette slot car collectors on the Board, so here is my very modest collection. My 1/32 slot cars span several generations of this iconic American race car. I have 2 Carerras, 2 Scalextrics and 1 Mongram Corvette! Enjoy the pic.

Ah... so you did some "kit bashing" as it's called in model railroading: Modified an existing model.

Again, very nice! The paint really sets it off. Even the soles of his driving shoes are painted!

Andre, I'm so pleased that you like the Alfa!

The driver figure is my 'altered' version of the Carrera 1956 T-Bird driver!

    Thanks
    😀

It does,....it was operational in Toronto (as a club track) for 8/9 years, and was then sold/moved to North Carolina,....It was raced on for a couple of years, and I believe it is being (or has been), taken apart and re configured.

Nice job on the Sunbeam, and VERY nice work on the figure painting. Who made that driver figure?
