Corvette C7R - Corvette Racing: Sorry, its not Tuesday, but I was pretty excited to find one of these NIB and get my hands on it. Its the Carrera C7R from a few years ago and these are getting quite hard to find. I saw the HRW review on the car, and really liked my C8R, so I needed the sister car: the yellow C7R. As most of you know from the reviews, this is a fantastic scale slot car that is very accurate and super detailed - the wheels have the BBS logo on the rim, the brake calipers have logo decals!!!! This car also runs a bit faster than some of my other new Modern GT Carreras. Its a great addition to my collection. Enjoy the pics.

WB2, if you can believe it, that is 1/32 with all that detail. I already have the 1/24 from a few years ago. I got 'Corvette fever' this year with all the buzz around the C8R models coming.

I was looking at how much track the car took up; assumed it was the larger scale.
I have the Carrera 1/24 and NSR 1/32, but no Carrera 1/32.
I still find the C7 more to my liking than the C8.

Here is the beginning of my Corvette Fever. I enjoy watching this car race in the IMSA Weather Tech Series at Mosport race track, near Toronto Ontario. Here are some of my photos.....just taken on my phone. You can see how accurate the Carrera 1/32 slot car is from these photos.

It does,....it was operational in Toronto (as a club track) for 8/9 years, and was then sold/moved to North Carolina,....It was raced on for a couple of years, and I believe it is being (or has been), taken apart and re configured.
