  • Latest Toys in the mail - v2.0!

The original thread was 18 months old and had grown to be 18 pages long, so I'm starting a new one.

My #7 Ramo Scott Carrera Plymouth Roadrunner has arrived. Once the original release stock was sold out I doubted being able to get one of these at a reasonable price, but now I have it. $32.99 from LEB Hobbies.

The photo is a little fuzzy , but the car is very well done. This is my 18th Grand National-NASCAR series car. Only problem is I haven't finished the track they will race on so they're shelf queens for the time being.

because there can never be too many Corvettes in one's garage!

Well...It's a rainy day at Corvette Scale Racing Headquarters, so no time like the present to get into this new one. If you're in the south, take cover folks, my farm is getting hammered. Click image for larger version

Your right, there can’t. I just started to collect Corvettes, I’m up to one so far, with one more on the way. Lol

Nothing. It just took a long time to load on my computer. Now we have an option.

Kind of like how there's nothing wrong with your excellent road course, but it will still be totally understandable when you replace it with a big banked oval.

Hey, let's keep the Bday theme going. My mother in law loves me ( ok, so a little birdie maybe told her which one I wanted). The NSR vette was from me mum so both sides of the fam got me covered. Click image for larger version

Cool! That's got much more detail than my old Fly's - I should replace the 2 I have with new ones!

My mother-in-law once gave me 2 presents! A pickaxe and the handle to put it on... wrapped separately, with no explanation. At the time, we lived in the city, on a postage stamp sized yard.

Loved the Sideways DPTypes, had all of them at one time. We used to run a series with them and that made for some great racing. Now they've gotten too expensive to replace.

“ out for deliver” my 3 favorite words. This SCX C6R Corvette has arrived. So far it’s a love hate relationship, but I think I’ll love it when I work out the flaws.

I've been waiting for this BRM Porsche body to arrive from Pendle Slot Racing , it's here ! Just finished mounting it to a Plafit chassis just the interior to work out.

Those plafit chassis are intriguing, how does it handle?

I've only been able to run them on my small Scalextric sports track since I have been buying them ,but I think they handle better than the BRM's in 1/24 and the 1/32 are reel good . All fully adjustable i find them great for my 3Dprinted body's . Check out Jimmyslots car in the GT3 proxy video he's a Aussie ( I think ) running one and he's been doing ok!

Well, my B'Day is coming up in less a week and I needed something to open up. My pre-orders from November, December and January have finally arrived with some other bits for projects - these cars really are fantastically finished!!! They are Stunning to look at.
