Slot.it Carrera Digital Adapter?

I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can purchase the Slot.it Carrera digital chip adapter found in the following pdf:

I have multiple slot.it cars that it would work for (with a little hole drilling), but I can't seem to find it on any of the major shops or auction sites.

Edit: I would also be interested in other effective ways to mount the digital chips/3d printer plans for such an adapter.

Thanks for the reply. Was looking for a clean install, but this seems to be a reasonable/cost effective solution. Going to have to hone my hot glue skills...

If you want to remove it, you can generally do so w/o much residue. Probably best to leave it on the chip- but the chassis usually won't even show it was ever there.
