Wheel Pulling Tool

Gang,

Looking for some advice on being able to pull wheels off axle without damage, last time I tried this one hub cracked, and the other wheel came apart in like 5 pieces.
Tips, Tricks, Tools of the trade appreciated.

Hot water and a strong pull will generally work. Depending on the axle you may have to crimp the axle to make a good grip.
