I've seen some offerings on eBay for brand new "Scalextric Super Slot" cars, which are described as having a race ready chassis. One is for a BMW Z4 GT3, another is for a AMG Mercedes. I can't find any mention on HRW. Is this just marketing hype, or do these cars have motor pods and adjustable front axles? Feel free to educate me.

Hello, ......Hornby (Scalextric) sell their cars in Spain under the "Super Slot" name,.......exactly the same cars , just different display box graphics.
The cars that you are looking at are "Spanish" Scaleys.............nothing different about them.
Cheers

Thanks chrisguyw. Was really hoping that Scalextric was upping their game due to the tough competition they are getting from other car manufacturers. Too bad it aint so. I thought Hornby sold their stuff in Spain under the SCX brand.Scott C.
