Wonderful video as always! But please clamp what you ae drilling to the counter instead of holding it in your hand.
Also I have seen where people solder short brass tubes to the chassis as wire guides. Looks nice and neat!

Scott, thanks so much for your wonderful post! You're quite correct, in retrospect, I should have had better planning and either used two short lengths of square tubing to create a proper gap under the centre of the axel, or as you suggest, place two square or round brass tubes perpendicular to the axel to allow for the guide wires!
