John,
Great video. Love the box art. Body is perfect for some warm white LED headlights! Can't wait to see it finished.

It looks like that isn't the Speedster. Its a 356A, either a Cabriolet (thicker padded top and taller, non-removable windshield), or a Convertible Roadster. The Speedster was specific to several changes to the 356, including Carrera-engined Coupes or Open Roadsters, and body and windshield changes. It was much more expensive, and most of them were raced. The DOHC Carrera engine pretty much made the Porsche 356 Speedster famous in racing. Of course, the box art could be misleading. That isn't uncommon, as is the naming of any 356 drop top as "Speedster".Last edited by waaytoomuchintothis; November 7, 2020, 03:38 PM.

Peter, great suggestion with respect to the lights!
Waytomuchintothis, I'm hoping that this model is a Speedster, the cover for the convertible top is quite low as is the windscreen, so I think (hope) that this is a Speedster.
Silberfeil, great idea, should I change the filter as well?
Thanks
😀

DRW-FJ40, I'm sure I'm not the only one who would like to see your 356 build as well!
Yes this model is just lovely, I hope that I can do it justice with my build!
I did check the windscreen and the convertable top cover, this does appear to be a model of a 356 Speedster!
Thanks for the wonderful comments and support!
