Don’t know how many of you have delved into the world of Avant LMP’s, but these can be a real booger to get right! This car belongs to one of the guys in our group(Wrangler#3), on here. He took a good hit with it a couple of months ago, and it wasn’t right since. Of course I volunteered to see if we could right the ship. Still not quite sure why anything would have to change with the car mechanically, but it did, drastically in fact! There was no evident damage anywhere. After a couple of hours of motor swaps, gear changes, weight in and out and all over the place, different tires, front and back.......my lower lip is full of holes and bloody! I think I like where it’s at...9/26 gears, Piranha motor, SLP guide, CG motor Adapter, CB58f rears and Slot.it fronts(uncoated), which is a new one for me! So, 257 laps later and it’s finally coming around! It should be competitive with the others now, based on past race data anyway. I’m tellin ya, this was one Pesky Pescarolo!
