Help Identifying This Timing Hut

Hey gang,

I recently picked up some odds and ends as part of a larger lot of items. One of the items in the lot is this timing hut and light gantry.





Does anyone have any idea as to what this is, and if there are any pieced missing? Thanks in advance for any help with this.

I've worked on three episodes of Mighty Cruise Ships so far. It's an interesting show to work on. I'm looking to host some digital racing in my condo's party room sometime during the winter months. I'll keep you posted.
