  • CanAm USRRC grid

A few of my 60's USRRC and CanAm cars on the Grid......a few years here or there can be overlooked

All are either scratchbuilt (most) or Vintage builds.

    Cheers
    Chris Walker

"Dan" and Dave Macdonald in the pits......both had to start from the pitlane.

That #20 on the front row dominated a proxy when I started lurking on
the board. I believe the Stirling Moss car also ran in a proxy also. Just phenomenal builds

                    # 17 is a March 717 body from Truescale. Victor (Truescale) made the best clear vac formed bodies since Lancer, and produced a good range of CanAm/Sports/prototype bodies.

I did make/add.....the, driver, mirrors, intakes, rollbar, transmission etc., and the livery is one from a 717 that runs in the "Vintage" CanAm series.

The Chassis is a "hybrid" plastic pod/brass wire. This car was built 7/8 years ago.

                    Cheers
