Dug this car out of the projects bin . An interesting project it being a Japanese super car

Brass and Lego Chassis, but for something different I decided to build a Twin Can. I had tried this before with my 17 K Mineabea square cans, so I thought I would try it with the more powerful version. It really skidaddles and is fun to drive. Very predictable with the rear end easy to control for slides. A long very narrow car. Some of my 143 builds are wider then this car

I had some wire wheels and something about this car just screamed spokes. So I used them.

A blast of Red paint and some basic decals to turn this into a racer.

Here is a picture of the underside of the chassis. I added a brass plate to lower the COG. This is held in place with some 2 size machine screws making this weight removable and the chassis adjustable. Click image for larger version

Found some precut bare metal foil type stuff in the box for the window trim. Glamed it up a bit

They are a nice kit. Glass snaps in without gluing. I am really happy the way this turned out. Too bad this company didn't focus on racing more.. I think this kit cost about $12.00 . A boat load of different cars would be nice.

This car is turning quicker times then my Piranha powered cars. I ordered 20 more of these motors.
