Well, got laid off from work yesterday because of CV, so decided I, like some of you, it's a good time to get some projects started (and hopefully get done...)
Picked up a SRC Lola T600 in kit form from from SCC a few weeks back.
Has some metal etched parts that are a bit of pain, but I think I figured out where they go (thanks to pics Harry took of one he reviewed back in 2014)

Not sure yet if I want to keep what appears to be the standard Fly/Scalextric motor, or put in a Piranha.
I also see that Changing Gearz has a 3D chassis for this that allows a pod set up. Decisions, decisions...Dickie Pearson

Sorry to hear about the loss of a job. The whole world seems to be in this state right now. Once we get through this, things will get rolling again. Until then , isn't great to have a hobby.
