Finally got a SCX hotwheels Cuda.
It was a digital car, so swapping to analog is easy if you have the parts.
I did not, so once I popped out the digital chip and guide I had to retrofit a "normal" blade guide and wires.
Anyone need a chip and guide? Pay shipping it's yours.

Glued the motor and pod to the chassis as it sat at a strange lean making the car look like it had broken springs.
