I have a standard version Ninco Lowes Acura LMP that I've swapped the motor out for a Slot.it Flat6 and turned down the centre ridge of the rear hubs to take NSR ultras, removed the front axle slop and added a couple of motor mount screws in the motor tabs and it's a lot of fun and took out 1st place in one race last night.

Love me some GT1-98. It's such a swoopy car, and the Fly can be frighteningly fast when tuned a bit. Great fun!

Some forgotten performers.....
We are just getting ready to start the second half of our season out here in the NW. Modern GT, model year 1994+ was voted as a point class for this year.
My Slot.it Lola is an absolute rocket, but there are other options.
These Fly Racing Evo 3 cars are pretty under appreciated. They have a nice suspension pod design, aluminum wheels, and a great looking body with lexan interior from the factory. The "magnet" model with the a 23k motor is my preferred car, but the big motor cars can be made to run very nicely as well!
Another favorite is the Ninco Lightning Acura's. These cars have super light body, big aluminum wheels, and a flat chassis that is easy to weight tune. As well as ball bearings on the rear axle. This car will nearly keep up with my full tilt slot.it car, and I haven't given up hope!
It is a lot of fun to work with some of these cars and see what kind of gains can be made. My other porsche that is not pictured I installed a full slot.it rear axle, so 10mm wide wheels can be used, that car runs very closely with the Ninco and slot.it cars well.
You can find these cheap if you look around, and they are absolutely worth a go!
