Searching the internet I found an archive of web pages for Frank Bertrang's Slot Car World.

Its fun to drool over these pics of vintage slot cars from this particular web page from 20 years ago that didnt appear to offer Artin 1/32 track or cars, however some of the submitted pics tracks were Artin.

Here is the web page 8 years later. I had bought a bunch of Artin 1/43 stuff from Frank, but missed the whole 1/32 revival.
