  • JPS colors, mght they be the best ever?

Black and gold John Player cars have always been a real eye catcher.
Could it be the best color scheme in motorsports?

Both are lotus JPS of different years. On the right is a fly. The left with treaded tires is a policar.

Might be. I had a customer years ago with a black BMW 2002 race car, he had me letter it and pinstripe it in gold. Looked great. Yes he was JPS fan.

Always liked JPS cars. Sideways has done a few fantasy liveries on their Group 5 cars that really look good.

JPS is right at the top of desirable liveries. In fact many of the ‘smokes’ ones are. Marlboro is a close second.

Have not done JPS on a Pioneer model yet but……….

I'd jump on a JPS Pioneer Camaro.

Man Loan Shark your are rough on slot cars.or you build them really tough. I don't think I have single one that would stand up to me jumping on one...

        Awsome!
I have quite a few F1 JPS cars but couldn't wait for NSR to offer a version. Here's a picture of mine with Senna intimidating the competition as he flies by the drivers stations.

I like how FLY made the front steer with the guide on the car.
            Fast, smooth running car too.

Yeah, the first movie sold more T/A's then any other year. Pontiac couldn't make them fast enough.

I was late to the party when this one came out, so it took me a while to find one. I finally did, and couldn't be happier.

This JPS Toyota Supra from Revo Slot (I found it at Electric Dreams) looks great as well. It is a great color combo!

Black and gold is good ..... but gold and black is better - 1965 Olds Delta 88 modified stock car (svensworldofwheels.com) (in my opinion at least)

Interesting website. Fits in with the Land Barges some are currently building. Thanks for a sharing.

Beautiful cars. I'd love to have some of them available as 1:32 kits to build for my late 60's to early 70's Grand National - NASCAR series. Especially love the Mercury Cyclones and Ford Torinos.
